Payment & Refund

Payments for Tortirasch Atelier services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on tortirasch.makeup.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from hello@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Austria norms.
• Hours for payment questions at Tortirasch Atelier: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00. Site reference this site, desk Landstraße 92.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact hello@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Linz unless otherwise stated.

First-time guests often ask how payment timing works for bike repair shop and are answered in plain English during Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00. Receipts are available on request

Same-week payment depend on the Linz board, not guesswork and we keep Austria holiday closures noted on the door card. Ask for the bike repair shop lead if the queue splits.
